Sweet Chet Baker 

– 60ml Black Barrel
– 5ml Sweet Vermouth
– 5ml Honey Syrup
– Dash Angostura Bitters

Stir all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled lowball glass with ice.

Decorate with a wheel of lemon.
