In einer Blindverkostung durch ein Gremium aus Spitzenk\u00f6chen und Sommeliers wurden die Blends in f\u00fcnf Kategorien bewertet: Aroma, Geschmack, Textur, Balance und Gesamteindruck. Nur Produkte mit einem Durchschnitt von \u00fcber 90 % erhalten die H\u00f6chstauszeichnung.<\/p>\n
