Old St. Croix

– 1 lime
– 1.5 cl tonic syrup
– 10-12 cl premium ginger beer
– Top with Black Barrel

Build the drink directly in a highball glass filled with ice.
Squeeze one lime over the ice. Optionally, add a few drops of ginger bitters.
Top with a few more ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint.
