2. General terms and conditions of the competition

The provider of the competitions is Old St. Croix Spirits ApS, A. P. Møllers Alle 9C, 2791 Dragør.

By participating in a competition you agree to the competition rules.

To be able to participate in our competitions, you must be 18 years of age or older. Old St. Croix Spirits reserves the right to check the age of the winner and to exclude participants under 18 years of age.

Unless otherwise stated, the competitions are free and each person can only participate once. Attempts at cheating will result in exclusion from the competition.

The competitions are intended to be entertaining and participants may not make claims against Old St. Croix Spirits.

It may be decided that participation in a particular competition may be restricted by a particular form of registration or in a particular forum such as on the website or a specific social media.

It is the participant’s own responsibility that the registration arrives on time. Registration received after the last registration deadline will not be taken into consideration. It is Old St. Croix Spirits who decides whether the registration has been received in time or not.

The winner will be contacted directly. Old St. Croix Spirits reserves the right to publish the winner of the competition on the website as well as social media without any remuneration. If the prize is not picked up within 2 weeks of being notified that it has been won, the prize will remain the property of Old St. Croix Spirits . Old St. Croix Spirits may require the presentation of a valid photo ID in connection with the collection of the prize.

Participation in the competitions is open to everyone, except employees and their household in companies owned by Old St. Croix Spirits.

Old St. Croix Spirits reserves the right to exchange the prize for another product with the same value in the event of problems with the delivery of the product or similar.

Old St. Croix Spirits always reserve the right to change, cancel or postpone a contest (including all prizes).

3. Social media

If you participate in our competitions on social media such as Instagram, Facebook your participation is done by submitting “liked” or by commenting on a post. Your participation can also take place by registering on a specific competition site.

The duration and termination of the competition will be stated in the competition notice itself, or on a separate competition page.

The winner will be announced by direct message as well as by publication on social media.

Our contests on our website or on social media are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by social media such as Facebook or Instagram.

4. Prizes

Prizes will be sent to the winner as soon as possible after the end of the competition.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of exchanging prizes for other items, gift cards or cash.

Old St. Croix Spirits pays the statutory premium fees to the state for prizes of value over DKK 200 incl. VAT.

Ordinary right of complaint will apply if the premium is subject to the complaint rules.
