Old St. Croix Creams

Cream Original

Caribbean spirits doesn’t always have to be bold and intense. It can also be soft, creamy, and irresistibly indulgent—like a dessert you don’t want to share. Old St. Croix Cream Original was created for just those moments. Here, aged spirits from the West Indies and Central America meets the finest cream from free-range Irish cows. The result is a smooth, sweet, and silky liqueur where the warmth of the alcohol still lingers beneath the creamy surface. Where traditional whiskey creams often lean dry and spicy, Cream Original offers something different: a rounder, sweeter, and more tropical experience. The flavor invites slow sipping—on your own or in great company. This isn’t an alternative. It’s an experience. Enjoy it chilled over ice, with coffee, as dessert—or in cocktails with creamy character and Caribbean flair.

The beginning of a caribbean spirits adventure

Old St. Croix Creams offer a gentle, elegant introduction to our world of blends. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth – and a soft spot for creamy indulgence over strong spirits. Crafted with blends sourced from the Caribbean and Central America, our Creams are the sun-kissed answer to whisky liqueurs. Sweeter, softer, and more aromatic – like the difference between a misty hike in Ireland and a warm breeze in the Caribbean. We know exactly which path we’d choose.

Old St. Croix –
A piece of Danish rum-history

150 years ago, A.H. Riise put Danish rum from the West Indies on the world map under the trademark “Old St. Croix”. The island of St. Croix – The Garden of the West Indies – was the center of cultivation of sugarcane and the production of sugar in the Danish West Indies from the early 1700s. The by-product molasses was used to make rum. To this day, the heart of our blends continues to be distilled on molasses.
