Old St. Croix Rum Creams

XO Rum Cream Caramel

17% vol.

Old St. Croix Rum Cream Caramel is a luxurious cream liqueur where silky caramel, a touch of sea salt, and rich XO rum from the West Indies and Central America melt together into one smooth, indulgent experience. This is more than a rum liqueur – it's a warm embrace with depth and elegance, where creamy sophistication meets the bold character of aged rum. The cream comes from free-range Irish cows, while the hint of sea salt balances the caramel’s sweetness and highlights the complexity of the matured spirit. Every sip is like a liquid dessert – with a soul that tastes of sun, sea, and craftsmanship. Enjoy it chilled, over ice, in cocktails, or as a decadent finish to a good meal.

The beginning of a rum adventure

Old St. Croix XO Rum Creams offer a gentle, elegant introduction to our world of blends. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth – and a soft spot for creamy indulgence over strong spirits. Crafted with blends sourced from the Caribbean and Central America, our rum creams are the sun-kissed answer to whisky liqueurs. Sweeter, softer, and more aromatic – like the difference between a misty hike in Ireland and a warm breeze in the Caribbean. We know exactly which path we’d choose.

Old St. Croix –
A piece of Danish rum-history

150 years ago, A.H. Riise put Danish rum from the West Indies on the world map under the trademark “Old St. Croix”. The island of St. Croix – The Garden of the West Indies – was the center of cultivation of sugarcane and the production of sugar in the Danish West Indies from the early 1700s. The by-product molasses was used to make rum. To this day, the heart of our blends continues to be distilled on molasses.
