Old St. Croix

– 5 cl Old St. Croix Danish Navy 40%
– 1 cl Old St. Croix 1838 Bitter
– 3 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
– 2 cl Simple Syrup
– 1 cl Port Wine
– Egg White

Garnish: Orange Peel

Pour Danish Navy, 1838 Bitter, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice. After shaking, add ice and shake again to create foam. Strain into a lowball glass with ice. Slowly pour the port wine on top to form a layer. Garnish with an orange peel.
