Platinum Reserve

A.H. Riise Platinum is a small batch of unique rum. The heart of the blend is two Solera aged rums from aged casks. All the casks have rested and aged in Europe’s temperate climate, which ensures a gentle, gradual aging that allows the rum to mature and develop at its own pace. When a child is born, you never know what they will be like when they reach the age of 21. The same applies when we lay down a cask of newly distilled rum. Whether 21 or 40 years later, we know there will be ‘family traits’ but only nature will decide at the end of the day what their true character will be. With a total of just 6,000 bottles, this is truly a gem. The product is sold out. On some occasions, resellers may have a few bottles in stock.

Goût

Old leather, furniture polish, soft citrus notes, old worn-out leather and again, English wine gums.

Finale

Long, lingering and highly complex. Overripe fruit, curled mint, old oak and concentrated honey.
