Signature is created as a tribute to the man behind our brand—the visionary pharmacist Albert Heinrich Riise (1810–1882), who journeyed to the Caribbean driven by a spirit of discovery. His uncompromising commitment to quality put West Indian spirits on the global map more than 150 years ago, under the trademark “Old St. Croix Brand.” For this ultra-premium blend, our Master Distiller has selected only the finest casks from acclaimed distilleries in the Caribbean and Central America. Each barrel is handpicked to reflect the values Albert Heinrich Riise stood for: quality, tradition, and dedication. The result is a spirit with exceptional depth and character.

A most fascinating nose – ripe tropical fruits, coconuts and toffee accompanied by cool minty notes.
Goût
Highly complex and incredibly smooth. Glazed citrus and apricots entangled in toasted coconut with a touch of eucalyptus.
Finale
A true symphony of ripe tropical fruits and toffee. Subtle minty notes add perfect harmony to this long and everlasting finish.

The ultimate collection
The number of bottles will differ from batch to batch and the reason for this is that we never know how many bottles we can fill in each batch. It all depends on how much high-quality rum we have available. We aim to present each blend as close as possible to the previous batch. The result is almost the same, but not identical. As an artist who creates a unique masterpiece. Every time the artist has completed a piece of art, it will look very similar to the previous. There are small differences because each piece of art is unique. It’s the same case with Old St. Croix Signature.
